1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Tech Naukary — India's dedicated platform for students and freshers. By accessing, browsing, or using the Tech Naukary website or any associated services (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" — all features provided by the Platform, including job search, profile creation, resume building, the ATS checker, application tracking, and career content.
  • "User" — any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or not.
  • "Student" — any User who uses the Platform to find jobs, internships, or career resources, including current students, recent graduates, and freshers.
  • "Content" — all text, images, data, user profiles, job listings, resumes, and other materials displayed on or transmitted through the Platform.

3. Account Registration

  • Age Requirement: you must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If under 18, you may use the Platform only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Accurate Information: provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, and keep it updated.
  • Account Security: you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
  • One Account Per Person: each individual may maintain only one active account.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Ensure all profile and resume information is truthful and not misleading.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Do not misrepresent your qualifications, certifications, or experience.
  • Comply with all applicable laws while using the Platform.

4a. Independence & Authenticity

Tech Naukary is an independent website. We are not affiliated, partnered, or associated with any government body, ministry, department, examination board, recruitment agency, or private company unless a page explicitly states otherwise.

We never charge any fee for a job or internship application, and we do not guarantee employment of any kind. Any person or listing demanding payment in our name is fraudulent — report it to [email protected].

5. Job Listings & Third-Party Applications

We aggregate publicly available job openings and always link to the original source. We do our best to verify listings and mark expired ones, but we are not the employer and cannot guarantee any listing's accuracy, availability, or outcome. Never pay a "registration fee" for a job — genuine employers do not charge candidates. Report suspicious listings to [email protected].

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension, termination, or legal action:

  • Spam, fraud & harassment: unsolicited bulk messages, phishing, scams, or harassing other users.
  • Fake postings or profiles: impersonation, fraudulent listings, or misusing others' identities.
  • Scraping or automated access: using bots or scrapers to extract data without our written consent.
  • Inappropriate or illegal content: anything obscene, defamatory, hateful, or unlawful.
  • Hacking or service disruption: unauthorised access, denial-of-service attacks, or introducing malware.

6a. Usage Analytics

Where you have consented, we collect analytics about how the Platform is used — the pages you open, the time you spend on them, and the elements you click — in order to measure and improve the Service. This is described in full in Section 4b of our Privacy Policy, including exactly what is excluded, how long it is kept (90 days), and how to withdraw consent at any time.

We do not record what you type, and analytics data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or disclosed to employers. Continuing to use the Platform after declining analytics is entirely permitted — no feature is withheld on that basis.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding on the Platform (including the Tech Naukary name, logo, layout, written content, and software) are protected by intellectual property laws. You may share links freely but may not copy, republish, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (such as your resume and profile). By posting it, you grant Tech Naukary a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and store it as needed to operate and improve the Platform. We may review or remove content that violates these Terms.

8a. Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure

  • We display advertisements through Google AdSense and other third-party ad networks. These may use cookies to personalise the ads you see.
  • We do not control, endorse, or vet the products, services, or offers shown in advertisements. Verify any offer directly with the advertiser before you transact.
  • Some pages may contain affiliate links or sponsored content. If you buy through such a link we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. These arrangements never influence which jobs we list or what our guides recommend, and sponsored content is labelled as such.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party job listings or company profiles, and we do not verify the credentials of employers unless explicitly stated. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Naukary is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, any hiring decisions, or the conduct of other users or third parties. Tech Naukary is an intermediary that connects students with employers; we do not guarantee the outcome of any application or hiring process.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Platform or its users. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. Please attempt to resolve any dispute informally first by contacting [email protected].

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time and will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
